Do you trust your gut ? We all get gut feelings. But what are they? All animals have an extra sense that warns of danger. For instance animals know when severe weather is on the way. When an earthquake is about to start the animals run to safety. Likewise when a volcano is going to erupt.

Pineal gland
What triggers you? Are you an empath?

Do you trust your gut ?

The Pineal gland is a pine cone shaped gland in the brain that alerts us to impending danger. Since we started living in towns and cities we no longer need to be warned about being eaten by a predator. Therefore it has developed in some of us to twitch when we sense different dangers. In others it just shrinks and becomes pretty much redundant. When we sense that something is slightly, well, “off” the pineal gland starts the amygdala into flight or fight mode. Releasing adrenaline and the thought processes that tell us to make a decision on our next step.

How we read people

DO WE EVER REALLY KNOW ANYONE ?

That feeling you get when you meet someone for the first time and get a sense of whether you like them. Likewise whether we trust that individual. or not. That shiver down the spine. Hairs on the back of your neck standing up. Our brains read the body language and even tone of voice without us being conscious of it. How many times have you been in front of a car salesman and thought ” what a load of bull” yes me too. We seem to know when someone is fake. Every so often someone will slip through the net and hurt us but more often than not we know.
