The grief was contrasted with the gratitude we all feel for Queen Elizabeth II. A woman that pledged her whole life at the age of 21 to the service of her country and its people.

About Me
After having struggled with anxiety and depression from a young age myself. I decided to help people understand that the pain is real. Mental health should be taken seriously. Following the Covid pandemic, the next one will be mental health if we do not try and help those that are struggling. Many have lost jobs, homes and relationships. The grief of losing loved ones to the virus will have hit a vast number of the population.
Having studied counselling, hypnotherapy, NLP and extra training in PTSD, anxiety and depression.
The blog was started a year ago and has proved helpful to many already. You can subscribe to the blog that is updated with more help and useful advice for many conditions. Sometimes just knowing you are not the only one who feels the way you do can help.
